My name is Gabriela Vidal, and my passion is creating meaningful stories that capture audiences. Whether it’s through a lens, the words I write on a page or through visual media, I’ve dedicated nearly 10 years of my life to news, feature, video and written mediums of storytelling. Everything has a story to be told, and it’s what drives my creativity and curiosity for new modes of media.

As a multimedia journalist, I’ve worked on thousands of news pieces in cities including Austin, St. Louis, Cedar Rapids, IA and most recently Denver, CO. I’ve been nominated for an Emmy for my multimedia reporting. In addition, I’ve developed a love for travel and landscape photography as well as using social media to engage every day listeners and viewers who want to learn more about what Colorado has to offer.

I am skilled in identifying social media trends, concise and detailed storytelling, as well as brand awareness from previous works in public relations, and political campaign managing.
