About Me
Multimedia Journalist, Communications and Social Media Expert
My name is Gabriela Vidal, and my passion is storytelling.
Whether it’s through a lens, the words I write on a page or
through visual media, I’ve dedicated nearly 10 years of my life to
the craft. Everything has a story to be told, and it’s what drives
my creativity and curiosity for new modes of media.
I’ve been a news reporter for the last nine years, having worked
in cities including Austin, St. Louis, Cedar Rapids, IA and most
recently Denver, CO. I’ve been nominated for an Emmy for my
multimedia reporting. In addition, I’ve developed a love for travel
and landscape photography (everything on here being some of
my work) as well as using social media to engage every day
listeners and viewers who want to learn more about what
Colorado has to offer.
I’m always looking for ways to enhance my portfolio and prowess
for bringing ideas and stories to life in a creative way.
